Orion’s Watch specializes in network infiltration, and also covert paramilitary actions. They operate as a mercenary group, acting on contracts against targets as small as a single individual and as large as a full-nation state. They use small teams for field operations, typically no more than 4 members. Their cyberwarfare teams are larger, capable of long-term operations. While they appear externally to be a typical mercenary hacking group, internal rumors suggest these operations fund research into the paranormal and supernatural.

Orion’s Watch earns their funding primarily through mercenary contract work. They also control a respectable number of shell corporations, which generate funding through stock market investments. The group is modestly sized, with membership estimated between 30-40 individuals.

The organization is structured like a military branch, with a field division and a cyber division. Each division has three sections within, and those sections are sometimes broken down into squads and fireteams as operations require. The field division is mostly men in their mid 30s to early 40s, many with military backgrounds, while the cyber division is younger and more diverse.

Digital security measures mainly consist of storing data on offline private servers, and limiting communication between members over digital media. While they are skilled in cyber mercenary work, Orion’s Watch prefers to handle most communication and organization in person. Physical security measures are typically handled by their sizeable field operations division, who provide protection and secure buildings prior to organization usage.
